Preschool

Yesterday was Dallin's last day of preschool. He only went the second semester and will go again next year. They always end the year with a big "graduation" party with ice cream sundays and a slide show. This year they even had cute little caps and gowns for those kids going on to Kindergarten. All my boys have gone to this program, and we really like it. It's at the high school with one regular teacher and a bunch of high school student "teachers" taking a class on child development. They have so much excitement and love for the kids and always hug and cry at the end, as the kids look around all confused as to why they are crying. They each have to do a child study report on one of the children, and I always enjoy reading what they have to say about my kids. Recently Dallin started being very interested in the pipes under the sinks and toilets. Turns out it may have stemmed from an incident at preschool. "The bathroom at the preschool flooded and the water was going everywhere. Dallin was observing the process of the overflowing toilet and began asking questions. 'Where is that water coming from? Where does the water go when you go to the bathroom? Where are the pipes? Where do the pipes come from?'"
