We were happy to welcome our EFY teens and Aaron, Ben, Barbara and Margot, on Saturday. Especially Margot - she's quite popular with this group!
She is such a happy, mellow baby! And she was very patient about getting passed around all her adoring fans. I think she's used to it!
At one point we went over to visit the neighbor's horses. Chloe was thrilled.
We managed to stop visiting long enough to load everyone up and head over to the lake. It was a rather chilly, windy day!
Emily's boys are getting so big!

Some people took turns taking out Aaron and Marrisse's inflatable kayak.
Then we went back to the house for dinner and birthday cake.

After dinner we drove into Garden City for their Raspberry Days fireworks, which was cool because we didn't see any on the 4th of July this year. We didn't exactly know where to go, so we wandered around, searched for a parking spot, found a long, random path that led to the lake, and arrived at the beach just in time to watch the show. They were setting them off in the middle of the lake, and it happened to be right in front of us! We couldn't have had better seats. That was pretty amazing!
