This week Kristen and I went down to have lunch with my mom and my cousins Heather and Michiko, who are visiting from Idaho and L.A. We got to meet their sweet little girls. Here's Michiko and Cosette, 7 months
So I was checking out your dinner list. Did you make your own egg rolls? Also, that baked chicken with mushroom sauce sounds yummy--where did you get the recipe (ie allrecipes.com or a cookbook?) I like my Joy of Cooking, but I'm still looking for more.
yes, i found the recipe on the package of the egg roll wrappers. everyone LOVED them, and i've made them 3 times in 3 weeks! the chicken is just bone-in legs and thighs baked with a can of cream of mushroom soup on top. so easy, so delicious, probably not too healthy. a great last minute meal because i usually have those 2 ingredients on hand.
